Induction Neutralizing Transformers

These special transformers have been used
on telephone distribution circuits to remove common mode, low
frequency signals that couple into telephone cables,
such as power frequency voltages. SNC is a major manufacturer
in the USA.
These transformers need an interference sensing circuit to effectively neutralize the problem. Laying out and designing these circuits and cascading these devices along a distribution cable is a critical function to obtain optimal performance of these devices. It requires determining and understanding the interference source as well as experienced utilization of this technology. Having designed about 100 of such installations provides exceptional expertise. |
