The test box was conceived to provide an easy, safe, and unintruse connection to a residential service to test for interference signals and verify the mitigation effectiveness. Before the advent of the test box, testing required temporary service disruption and system modifications that the customer complained about. The test box provides for both flicker and unsafe neutral voltage measurement, and utilizes a permanently installed remote reference ground rod. | |
